Who we are

HME Solutions Inc. (“HME Solutions”, “we”, “us”) is based in Ontario, Canada. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Questions about privacy can be sent to contact@hmesolutionsinc.ai.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, business name, team size and anything you write in our contact form or emails.

Basic website information: pages visited and general device and browser details, used only to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

To reply to you, book calls, prepare proposals and deliver the work you hire us for.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

Only with trusted service providers we use to run our business (for example email, hosting, scheduling and form tools), and only as much as they need to provide their service. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Your business data in projects

Data you give us during a project stays yours. It is used only to build and support your system, is protected with reasonable security measures, and can be downloaded by you at any time. Details are set out in your project agreements.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it securely.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@hmesolutionsinc.ai. We will reply within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
