I don’t know exactly what I need. Can you still help?
Yes. Most of our clients start this way. Just tell us what takes too much of your time. Working out the solution is our job.
What does it cost to get started?
Your intro and discovery calls are free. If we go further, a paid scoping and project plan maps out exactly what to build, and that fee is credited back if you hire us to build it.
How do payments work?
For a build, you pay 50% upfront and 50% when it’s finished. Maintenance and support is $100 a month.
What else will I pay for?
Hosting, database and AI services are charged at the providers’ own prices, based on what your system needs. We’ll show you these costs before you commit.
Who owns what?
Your data is always yours, and you can download it any time. The software is built on our own tools, which stay with us; you use your configured system while on a support plan. If you ever leave, you get a full copy of your data, and a buyout option is available on request.
What support do I get after launch?
A 99.5% uptime target, replies to urgent issues within 4 business hours and to everyday requests within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern), plus security updates, backups and small fixes. New features are quoted separately.
Is my data safe?
Your system runs on secure, trusted cloud platforms with access limited to the right people, and we’re happy to sign an NDA before you share sensitive details.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. We speak plain language and handle all the technical work.
Are your AI assistants real people?
No. Maya, Leo, Nora, Sam, Ava and Eli are AI assistants. Every project is led by our human team.
Can you work with software I already use?
Often, yes. We can connect the tools you already have instead of replacing them.
